All of the exercises are in PDF. 
After completing the form your browser should offer a window asking what to do with the "application." The choices are typically to save it locally or to open it with a document viewer such as Acrobat Reader. Select the Save to Disk option. Otherwise to initiate another download you must re-enter all of your information, which is not that much fun, really.
